Bollywood Movie Sequels planned to be released in 2020 and postponed due to Lock down

Just like in Hollywood; making sequels of super hit movies are a trend in Bollywood too. When a movie becomes super hit; the real Bollywood movie lovers wish for its sequel. But sometime the audience needs to wait for a long time for the second part of their favorite movie. There is good news for that movie enthusiastic that the sequels of some of our favorite movies are planned for releasing this year. So let’s have a look of upcoming Bollywood movie sequels to be released in 2020

Bunty Aur Babli 2

A sequel to Abhishek Bachan & Rani mukharjee starrer super hit movie Bunty or Bablee is coming after a long 15 years. This time Rani Mukherjee is in the lead as Babli. The film also stars Saif Ali Khan, Siddhant Chaturvedi and Sharvari Wagh. Bunty aur Babli-2 is directed by debutante Varun V. Sharma and produced by Aditya chopra under Yashraj films banner.

Dostana 2

Finally the much discussed movie Dostana 2 is releasing this year. There was much news about the cast of the sequel. Now the lead roles will be played by Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi Kapoor and Lakshya. Dostana produced by Karan Johar was much talked for its gay pretending couples played by John Abraham and Abhishek Bachan. In dosthana2; Kartik Aryan will pairing with Lakshya to make funny and entertaining moments. This romantic comedy is directed by Neil D cuna.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2

The super hit physiological thriller movie of 2007 Bhool Bhulaiyya’s sequel will be made in the same genre but different story and characters. This karthik Aryan and Kiara Advani starrer movie will not start from where Akshay Vidaya movie Bhool bhulayya ended. But Bhool Bhulayya will have the same setup and this time it will be a ghost story. Bhool bhulaya 2 directed by Anees bhazmee will entertain the audience with horror comedy just like Priyadarshan’s Bhool Bhulayya done.

Munnabhai 3

Raaj Kumar Hirani’s Munna Bhai series will entertain the Bollywood movie lovers this year with its 3rd part. The third part will be titled as the End of Munna Bhai. This time Munna-Circuit duo will fly to America. This hint was given through their short film Munnabhai Chalein America where Munnabhai and cricket learning English to go to America. Release date of this Sanjay Datt- Arshad varsi movie is yet to be announced.

Sadak 2

One of the most awaited sequel to be released this year is Sadak2. Mahesh Bhat’s sadak released in the year 1993 was a path breaking movie for Sanjay Datt. Mahesh butt featured his elder daughter Pooja bhatt in sadak1. In the second part He is featuring his another daughter and highly talented actress Alia butt in the lead role. Apart from sanjay Dutt ,Aditya roy kapoor will be the male lead in this movie .

Krrish 4

After amazing the audience with outstanding performance in War and special 30 last year, Hrithik Roshan is going to surprise his fans with Krish4. Yes Hrithik is wearing the mask of super hero after 7 years through the 4th sequel of Krish. Hrithik will be in a double-role in this one as well. However, It is heard that in Krish4 he will not only be playing protagonist Krrish but also the antagonist. The most awaited sequel of 2020 was planned to release on Christmas 2020. But due to Director Rakhesh Roashan’s Health issue Krish4 may be delayed.
